About the Program
Members of the program earn one point for every dollar spent at either ‘Cesca or Accademia di Vino. Points are based on and awarded upon each visit’s payment, and accumulated rewards may then be used during your next visit to either restaurant.
After enrollment, you will receive a personalized membership card. This card is exclusive to the Rewards Program Member and allows us to keep track of your purchases and ensure you receive all rewards and benefits. You can rest easy knowing that privacy is assured through every step of this accounting process.
Once You’re a Member, Here’s How It Works…
STEP 1: Pay the one-time $10 enrollment processing fee described above to activate your ‘Cesca / Accademia di Vino membership card.
STEP 2: Start earning points the next time you dine at ‘Cesca or Accademia di Vino. Just present your card when you make a purchase or dine at either location to receive one point for every dollar spent (tax and gratuity excluded). Your receipt will show your current point total, including the transaction just completed. Please note: Only the membership cardholder who pays the bill will be credited with points.
STEP 3: Every time you accrue 250 points, your account will immediately be credited with a $25 reward; rewards total is valid toward your next purchase at ‘Cesca or either Accademia di Vino location. You must present your membership card in order to redeem this credit.
Term and Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. The $10 fee must be paid at the time of enrollment. Your “reimbursement” (of 10 points, based on one point for each dollar in the $10 fee) will be posted to your account immediately upon enrollment. Enrollment fee covers administrative processing and handling, membership card, newsletter, and other promotional materials.
- Points are earned on all transactions with ‘Cesca or Accademia di Vino including food, beverage, classes, retail purchases, private dining room rentals, and gift card purchases. The points are based on the subtotal of your purchase — before tax and gratuity are added.
- Points will be awarded exclusively to the program member who is paying the bill. If there are multiple program members within the same party, each member must pay their portion of the bill separately and directly to the ‘Cesca or Accademia di Vino restaurant in order to earn their allocated points.
- Members are entitled to receive a free dessert on their birthday, plus advance notice and/or invitations to special events.
- Points cannot be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment.
- Accounts with no activity for one year will be closed.
- The ‘Cesca / Accademia di Vino program is for individual/member use only and is not transferable. Points may not be credited to a company or business entity.
- If card is lost, replacement card is available for a fee of $5 each.
- Points are not redeemable for cash.
- Employees and their families are not eligible to receive ‘Cesca / Accademia di Vino points and memberships.
